David Ortiz

David Ortiz was a member of the Colorado House of Representatives, representing District 38. Ortiz was born in Rapid City, South Dakota and served in the U.S. Army from 2008 to 2015. Ortiz's career experience includes working as a legislative liaison with the United Veterans Committee of Colorado, a public speaker with the Craig Hospital Foundation, and program director with the VFW Post 1. Ortiz has led a life dedicated to serving others.
